Work was work, i.e tiring. Not laboriously tiring but it wore me out mentally, and my job was to answer phone calls. Lol. But it was an overall good experience, with great people in the office.
I seriously had lesser life during the past week. Like I'd wake up, shower, eat, travel to Tiong Bahru, work, travel back, eat, bath and sleep. For 1 week minus Sunday :(
I missed, like, a lot of shows!!!!! I really felt dysfunctional without my telly-vee. BAH!
The highlight of my week was seriously the end of the week. Lol. Met Joyce at Bugis. Shop shop shop. Bought small small things. Hahaha! The hoodie's gone :( Urgh! Went to Marina Square after that. She left then met Becky. Ate at New York New York. SHIOK! Big big (half) chicken. Walked around then surprised Char! Can't remember anything after that. Rushed home for Survivor. Teehee!
Saturday.... Met the girls for dinner to celebrate Nov's birthday. Single's dinner man. Ate a lot a lot. Then walked to Novena Square. Played a little foosball then walked to United Square's Starbucks to slack. Dirty germs, old maid and ugly doll. Haha. I love ugly doll. Shows the kiasu side in us. Heehee!
Today, nothing much. Just family dinner. Good food :D
Whole day eat and eat and eat. Tsk. Need to study for FTT now. Scarly fail. Here comes the worrying again. A's results another issue. Dammit.

So, Slumdog Millionaire totally deserved the 4 Golden Globes, 7 BAFTAs, etc. Highly recommended. Have always wanted to catch Changeling but never. The Curious Case Of Benjimin Button's out! Neeeeed to watch it.
Slept at 11pm the previous night and woke up at 8am, as planned. I forgot how much time I waste sleeping through the day. Seriously scary. I literally did twice the stuff I would do on a normal bumming around day. Meaning to say, I'd have watched twice the number of shows online. HAHA. But last night, I slept at 2am, tsk. Ashamed of myself. BUT!!! I woke up at 10am. So it wasn't so bad after all.

So the "waking up at 8" plan worked a little. I woke up at 10am, with the actual intention of waking up at 9am. I'll give myself a pat on the back for that. A for effort! That was probably the highlight of my day.
Beginning to converse more fluently in Cantonese with the grandparents. One step at a time!!! Soon, I'll be able to speak like a train.
I don't like it when people make something out of nothing. It's happening a lot around me now. People getting stressed out over nothing. Don't they ever stop and listen to what they're saying?! It's utter nonsense. Person A says such and such. Then Person B goes on to say that Person A meant something else. No one gets the point now. No more normal, civilized conversation about problems. Nothing's the same anymore :( Please God, help?

Done with Breaking Dawn!!!! Meaning I've read the 4 books. Yay me! That's 4 books more than I usually read in 2 months (when there's school, that is) Now, I need to finish my other unfinished books. Which seems possible, since I'm the most unemployed/free person :/ Even my Grandma's pushing me to get a job, like I'm not trying. Geez. While I'm staying home bumming around reading and watching shows, I need to catch up on my sleep change my sleeping habits. Will probably fix a timing, e.g 11-8? That'll give me 9 hours vs the present 2/4-12nn. Doesn't do the (under)eyes any good.
Rumour has it that results are coming out early March. Till then, I'm as free as a bird. Without a care in the world. Butttt, I've been having dreams about the exam, not results, exam. E.g, I dreamed I was doing an Econs essay, couldn't get a shit out of my head and got a shelling from K-Lin. HAHAHA. Golly gee.
Anyhoo, need to study for FTT, 9th March. It's a pretty thick book, compared to the BTT one. Seeing that I was a nervous wreck for BTT, I need to pull it all together and memorize understand the book through and through. Driving instructor asks us to call him in 2 weeks time. Urgh.

Passed btt. I was a wreck the night before. The worry wart in me came out. Visited Becky. Yeah, that was my Tuesday. Wednesday was spent traveling to JE and back. Goodness me. Took me 2 hours in total. To make my day out worthwhile, went to the library. Got me some good cookbooks :D
Went out with Joyce today! We Bride Wars-ed. Aston's after that! Lovely day out! Walked to her workplace then we split. Got me some nice wallet/clutch. Right now, I'm thinking I spent the money well. (Dad, I thought it through and through before I bought it okay. HAHA)
So this has been my very happening week. By far the most happening since goodness-knows-when. Becky's off in Japan now. Girl, have yourself some sashimi!!! Missing you from afar!!!
